DELIVERY
Delivery policy
We build websites, so there is nothing to post. Here is what delivery actually means.
Last updated 7 August 2026
Nothing is shipped
We sell a service, not a physical product. No goods are dispatched, so there are no shipping charges, no couriers and no tracking numbers.
What delivery means here
Delivery is your finished website, live on your own domain, with the logins handed over to you.
Along the way you get a private link to a first version you can open on your own phone, before you pay the balance.
How long it takes
A one page site is usually about a week. A standard site is two to three weeks from the first call. An online shop or a booking system takes longer, and we tell you how long before you pay anything.
Most of the waiting is us waiting on your photos and your words. It goes faster if you have those ready.
If it is going to be late
We tell you, and we tell you before the deadline rather than after it.
